Performance characteristics of iron powder ball mill

Installation precautions for iron powder ball mill
1. The installation of the chassis of the iron powder ball mill mainly includes the chassis of the front and rear tile seats, the chassis of the electric motor, and the chassis of the reducer. When installing, pay attention to using a level to check the levelness.
2. The installation of the main bearing requires tightening screws between the two chassis of the main bearing and carefully inspecting the iron powder ball mill. If everything meets the requirements, the main bearing of the ball mill can be installed.
3. Next is the installation of the end cover and gear ring of the iron powder ball mill cylinder. Before installing the main bearing, it is necessary to first assemble the cylinder, large gear ring, and end cover.
4. Before assembling the cylinder and end cap, check the cylinder to ensure that its ellipse is not greater than 0.4% of its diameter.
5. After installation, the distance between all parts must not exceed 0.03mm.
6. The installation of the gear ring, if the large gear ring is a whole, needs to be installed on the cylinder before they can be installed on the bearing. Our usual method is to install the grinding machine rotating body on the main bearing of the iron powder ball mill, then install the large gear ring, and follow the correct operating steps to complete the installation of the iron powder ball mill as a whole.
Working principle of iron powder ball mill
During the operation of the iron powder ball mill, the material is uniformly fed into the first compartment of the mill through the feeding device via the hollow shaft screw. The compartment is equipped with stepped or corrugated lining plates and contains steel balls of different specifications. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force, which brings the steel balls to a certain height and then drops them, causing heavy impact and grinding on the material. After the material reaches rough grinding in the first warehouse, it enters the second warehouse through a single-layer partition plate. The warehouse is lined with a flat lining plate and contains steel balls for further grinding of the material. The powdered material is discharged through the discharge grate to complete the grinding operation.
